Bridesmaid Kristin Wachtel comes for a visit

Kristin and Rose immediately hit the local trails on Emerald Mountain and Spring Creek for a fix of mountain biking, despite Steamboat receiving some snow Wed morning!

Trout's newest adventure...the swingset! Weeeeee

Post-ride, pre-shower after a cold and wet jaunt up Spring Creek. Matt and Trout were going to hike but the little one fell asleep in the car and got a well deserved nap instead... He's 30" tall now and as you can see his melon is almost as big as Mom's. Today he is 10 months old!

Our poor neglected and rapidly aging pooch fi nally got out to go swimming in some nice ponds by Spring Creek. Needless to say she loved it!

Spring is here and summer can't be far off!

Fish Creek Falls!

After work Thursday we loaded up the family unit and hiked a short ways in to check out local Fish Creek Falls, over 200'h, and watch some kayakers put in. Fish Creek was roaring!
