Matt and Trout training hard-core with some Tour de France watching-sorbet eating intervals. Back to back, 5 minutes on, 1 minute off...work it! It might just be a proud Papa talking, but look at the kid's form! You can't train for that, you just have to be born with that kind of natural skill. He could be one of the greats!

Rose leads off the Alford Month 'O Parties!

That's right we're entering the compact juicy heart of the celebration season starting on Monday July 20th when Rose will have her 40th birthday! And some guy landed on the Moon 40 years ago on the same day too... Anyway that joyous day will be quickly followed by our 4th Anniversary July 30th (also Mom/Grandma #3 Penny Cox's birthday), Betty Alford's 11th birthday Aug 10th, Trout Alford's 2nd birthday Aug 12th and then Matt Alford's 39th birthday Aug 17. Plenty of time to send gifts so buy early, buy often!
